Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped from the United States. All items are carefully packed with collectors in mind to protect both the contents and the original packaging during transit.

Packaging
We take care when packing model kits, figures, and collectibles to minimize damage during transit. Items are securely packaged to protect both the contents and the box.
Please note that minor shelf wear or factory imperfections to outer boxes may occur during manufacturing or shipping and are not considered damage if the contents are unaffected.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and unassembled

All original packaging, seals, and inner bags must be intact

Items must be returned in original condition

Return requests must be approved before sending items back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
