Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. We do not offer flat-rate shipping at this time.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Packaging & Handling

All items are packed with collectors in mind. Model kits, figures, and collectibles are securely packaged to protect both the contents and the box during transit.

While we take great care in packaging, minor shelf wear or box imperfections may occur during manufacturing or shipping and do not affect the contents of the item.


Delivery & Carrier Responsibility

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the carrier.

Red Comet Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Red Comet Collectibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
