This Perfect Grade RX-78-2 Gundam was released to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Gundam series, featuring an Extra Finish treatment applied to select exterior armor parts for a premium metallic appearance. The finish enhances the surface detail of the armor while preserving the mechanical depth of the Perfect Grade inner frame.

Based on the PG RX-78-2 platform, the kit includes a fully constructed internal frame, articulated joints, and removable armor sections typical of the Perfect Grade line. The Extra Finish version offers improved visual presence straight out of the box, making it a strong display piece for collectors.
